Dr. Rocky is a licensed chiropractor in the state of Alabama and Florida. He is also a Board-Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with over 400 post graduate hours in clinical nutrition. When he was 12 years old, Dr. McCord became ill with debilitating stomach pain and battled with the pain for 13 straight years. He tried conventional medicine, and it helped temporarily, but the pain always came back. It wasn’t until he was treated by a functional medicine practitioner that he found the root cause of his ailment and became well. Now Dr. Rocky is passionate about helping others do the same.
He completed his Undergraduate degree at Auburn University. While attending Auburn, Dr. McCord also played on the baseball team. At the time, his studies consisted of exercise science and biomechanics. He was passionate about understanding how to body works and how science could help him optimize his performance on the field. From there, he played professional baseball for 2 years with the Baltimore Orioles From there, he decided to get his Doctorate in Chiropractic’s with an emphasis on functional medicine. He graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic’s.
He's consulted with hundreds of patients over the past few years and has a passion for helping sick folks get well. His passions include Injury recovery, gut dysfunction, weight loss resistance, thyroid dysfunction, type 2 diabetes, & autoimmune disease.

Outside of the Office
Dr. Rocky is a former professional athlete and competitor. He is now an avid golfer who likes to practice and compete on the golf course when he can. Other hobbies include working out, fishing, watching movies, and hanging out with friends. He also likes to read and study new material as it relates to biohacking.
Dr. Rock has been a licensed Chiropractor, serving Mobile and Baldwin County for the past 38 years. He has a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and promoting wellness. He completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Auburn University. He then went on to complete his Doctorate in Chiropractic’s at Life University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Rock specializes in the treatment and management of acute traumas. He uses his years of knowledge and expertise in various chiropractic modalities to rehab injured soft tissue and restore joint dysfunction.

Outside of the Office
Dr. Rock is married to his wife Bobbi McCord and together they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. His family is very active and involved in sports. His 2 sons both played Collegiate baseball, one at Auburn and one at Mississippi State and Samford. His daughter was a cheerleader at Ole Miss as well. It’s safe to say, they have a passion for sports and the SEC. When the good Doctor is not working or watching sports, you can find him on the golf course teeing it up with his buddies.
Native of Jacksonville, Florida. She began working in high school, after graduating from Victory Christian Academy she took a job in the policy loan division with Gulf Life Insurance Company, worked in human resources, and eventually landed in the mortgage banking industry. It was during her years with Florida National Bank in 1989 she agreed to a blind date with a fellow colleague, where she met and 76 days later married Rock McCord. She now resides in Spanish Fort, Alabama.
Bobbi and Rock have three children, Danielle, Rocky, and Jesse; and three grandchildren Vivienne, Benjamin, and Beau with a fourth on the way.
In between raising children Bobbi continued to have a passion for keeping busy and for the past 35 years has worked alongside her husband mastering the medical management portion of the clinic and assisting wherever needed. When she’s not working, she balances her downtime with her grandchildren, working in her yard, or doing various interior design projects. She also enjoys cooking, music, performing arts, hiking, movies, reading, and taking long walks on the beach.
